Mask Policy

In accordance with Chicago's updated mask mandate, face masks will be optional at Spa Emilia starting from Monday, February 28th.  

Appointments

Please call Spa Emilia at (312) 951-7415 or email us at spa@spaemilia.com to reserve your appointment. When making an appointment, we have the right to request a valid credit card number.

Spa Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to relax. Late arrivals may result in a modification of services to honor the next scheduled appointment. 

Gift Certificates

Spa Emilia gift certificates are the perfect gift for birthdays, bridal or office parties, and any other occasions to pamper your friends or family members with. Gift certificates may be purchased in person at our location or our website, and can be used towards any of our spa services. However, the gift certificate must be present at the time of the appointment to be used. Valid up to 1 year from the month purchased. After that, an expired gift certificate will be honored only at 50% of its value for up to 5 years. 

Forms of Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover debit/credit cards, and Apple Pay. We do not accept American Express. 

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call Spa Emilia 24 hours before your reserved appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a full payment charge out of respect for our technicians and other clients who cannot reserve that time.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our price menu, however our technicians would greatly appreciate them. Please be aware that we do not charge gratuities on credit cards, we only accept cash, check, Venmo or Zelle gratuities.
